QELNAVOR Verandas — the house, extended politely
The Loubi shakes hands with the facade: an entrance canopy on honest brackets, snow-shedding geometry that lands past the doormat, and routes for lighting and doorbell planned before the drill.
A canopy is the smallest architecture with the most weather per square metre. We build accordingly — integrated gutters, honest snow ratings, and finishes matched to the house rather than the catalogue.

Questions, Answered
Will it damage the house wall?
No — connections are flashed and sealed to detail drawings, fixings are engineered to the wall build, and the survey happens before anything is drilled.
Does rainwater go somewhere sensible?
Integrated gutters and downpipes to your drainage or a butt — planned at survey, not improvised at the first storm.
