Every pavilion stands on the part nobody photographs: ground screws or pads sized to your soil, frames levelled to millimetres, and drainage planned before the first plank arrives. Foundation kits ship with load documentation for assembly per the manufacturer's plan.

Care
Keep platform ventilation gaps open, sweep rather than pressure-wash oiled decking, and call us before any landscaping that changes drainage. Foundations prefer being ignored correctly.

Access for the crew, a power point nearby, and honesty about the ground. Everything else — levels, drainage, membranes — is our scope and stated in the package.
Is the platform ventilated?
Always — timber lives long when air moves beneath it. Skirting options keep hedgehogs out and airflow in.
