QELNAVOR Verandas — the house, extended politely

The Courances shakes hands with the facade: an entrance canopy on honest brackets, snow-shedding geometry that lands past the doormat, and routes for lighting and doorbell planned before the drill.

A canopy is the smallest architecture with the most weather per square metre. It is built accordingly — integrated gutters, honest snow ratings, and finishes matched to the house rather than the catalogue.

Questions, Answered

Glass or solid roof?
Glass keeps rooms behind bright; solid panels run cooler in summer. Both carry stated snow ratings; taste decides, physics approves either.

Will it damage the house wall?
No — connections are flashed and sealed to detail drawings, fixings are engineered to the wall build, and the survey happens before anything is drilled.
