Habr Estate Pavilion — Lantern Roof
Tax included where applicable. Delivery and commissioning arranged by your concierge.
QELNAVOR Classics — the garden's formal bow
The Habr is built for weddings and long anniversaries: estate-scale spans, a double-layer roof with ventilated lantern, and carving programmes that can carry a monogram into the next generation.
Timber earns trust by the decade: heartwood-graded larch and cedar, shingles laid by hand over ventilated battens, pre-oiled surfaces that weather to silver or stay nut-brown by your choice, and stainless fixings throughout. Ten years from now the pavilion should need a fresh coat of oil and nothing else — that is the engineering brief.

Care
Re-oil exposed timber every two to three years — one weekend, supplied oil — and clear roof gutters each autumn. Check fixings at year one, then forget them. Shingles and finials are stocked parts; storms are repaired, not mourned.
Questions, Answered
Timber or aluminium?
Timber warms the eye and asks for oil every few years; aluminium disappears politely and asks for water. Both carry the same engineering; the choice is temperament, and we will advise honestly.
Do I need planning permission?
Most freestanding garden pavilions in CZ under common size thresholds need only a simple notification; our documentation pack — drawings, loads, materials — makes it a formality. We advise per municipality before you order.
The QELNAVOR Promise
Pavilions are commissioned, not delivered. Our crews set the foundations, assemble, glaze, level and hand over — and take every scrap of packaging away.
