QELNAVOR Verandas — the house, extended politely

The Konvalinka extends the house politely: a glass or panel roof on engineered posts, junctions flashed to detail drawings, and the room behind kept bright by design rather than accident.

A canopy is the smallest architecture with the most weather per square metre. We build accordingly — integrated gutters, honest snow ratings, and finishes matched to the house rather than the catalogue.

Design & Craft

  • Side glazing and screens join natively later
  • Colour matched to joinery, not to a catalogue
  • The house, extended politely — room behind stays bright
  • Wall junctions flashed and sealed to detail drawings
  • Snow and wind ratings stated, Eurocode-calculated
  • Glass or panel roofs by temperament, both rated

Questions, Answered

Does rainwater go somewhere sensible?
Integrated gutters and downpipes to your drainage or a butt — planned at survey, not improvised at the first storm.

Can it span without middle posts?
Cantilever and beam options clear openings stated per model — doors and views stay unobstructed where the engineering allows, and we say plainly where it does not.

The QELNAVOR Promise

Five years on the structure, two on moving parts, fifteen years of parts on the shelf — glass units, hardware, louvres, shingles and finials included.
