Changing behind a towel is for beaches; the Kosatec retires the wobble — benches, hooks, a mirror that behaves, and cedar walls that make the five-minute ritual feel like the spa's idea.

Pool pavilions live in permanent humidity, so ours assume it — ventilated roof builds, glass that shrugs off chlorine air, and thresholds without tripping ceremonies. The luxury is that nothing swells, sticks or stains by August.

Wipe brass and stainless dry where water sits, keep drains free of leaves, and let the room breathe between uses. Humidity is the design condition — neglect is the only enemy.

Is the pool house insulated?
Year-round models are, and say so; summer pavilions breathe instead. Changing rooms and showers state their frost strategy honestly.

How is water handled?
Showers plumb to your drainage or to a soak-away we specify; saunas need none. Our groundworks crew handles both in the same visit.
