The Kosatec extends the house into the garden's weather: an attached winter garden with flashed, engineered junctions, room-grade heating and shading, and roofs pitched to shed snow past the gutters' patience.

Orangeries are optimism with a U-value, and ours measure it: thermally broken aluminium or laminated timber frames, insulated safety glass to Ug 1.0, condensation managed by design rather than towel, and ridge details that shed snow without theatrics. Lubricate hinges and vent gear yearly with the supplied grease, keep drainage channels clear, and wash frames with neutral cleaner. The orangery ages by staying exactly the same.
