Floors decide whether a pavilion feels furnished or parked; the Marly furnishes — oiled once at installation, cared for from a one-page card, and ventilated so old age stays decades away.
Comfort is infrastructure here: cabling planned into posts, heaters aimed by geometry, floors underfoot instead of underestimated. The kit arrives together and fits together — the pavilion becomes a room in one build.

Care
Re-oil exposed timber every two to three years — one weekend, supplied oil — and clear roof gutters each autumn. Check fixings at year one, then forget them. Shingles and finials are available as spare parts; storms are repaired, not mourned.

Can lighting be scene-controlled?
Yes — dinner, reading and path scenes from a wall switch or phone, wired through the posts at installation or retrofit.
