The Meudon links door to pavilion dry-shod: modular covered bays that corner and climb with the path, lighting every second bay by option, and gutters that feed beds instead of puddles.

Care
Rinse louvres and profiles seasonally, clear the concealed drainage at leaf-fall, and cycle the roof monthly in winter storage months. Motors and sensors are stocked parts; firmware updates arrive with the yearly service.

Will it damage the house wall?
No — connections are flashed and sealed to detail drawings, fixings are engineered to the wall build, and the survey happens before anything is drilled.
Glass or solid roof?
Glass keeps rooms behind bright; solid panels run cooler in summer. Both carry stated snow ratings; taste decides, physics approves either.
