QELNAVOR Groundworks — the invisible half of forever

The Meudon is the stage the pavilion stands on: a ventilated decking platform with skirting that keeps hedgehogs out and airflow in, board gaps set for heels, and drainage that never becomes a rumour.

Foundations are forever's first draft. We survey, specify and install — screws for reversibility, pads for mass, decking platforms that ventilate — and hand over a base plumb enough to make the rest of the build boring.

Design & Craft

  • 5 years on groundworks; adjustable forever
  • Ground screws or pads sized to your soil at survey

Care

Nothing to do — that is the point. Check decking board gaps stay clear of debris each autumn, and re-torque visible fixings at year one. Ground screws can be inspected, adjusted or reused if the pavilion ever moves.

Questions, Answered

Is the platform ventilated?
Always — timber lives long when air moves beneath it. Skirting options keep hedgehogs out and airflow in.

Can you build on a slope?
Yes — stepped screw layouts and platform framing make slopes ordinary. The load documentation covers the specific geometry.

The QELNAVOR Promise

Paperwork, handled: most garden pavilions in CZ need only a simple notification, and our drawings and documentation pack turn it into a formality.
