QELNAVOR Verandas — the house, extended politely

The Orlicek links door to pavilion dry-shod: modular covered bays that corner and climb with the path, lighting every second bay by option, and gutters that feed beds instead of puddles.

A canopy is the smallest architecture with the most weather per square metre. It is built accordingly — integrated gutters, honest snow ratings, and finishes matched to the house rather than the catalogue.

Questions, Answered

Can it span without middle posts?
Cantilever and beam options clear openings stated per model — doors and views stay unobstructed where the engineering allows, and we say plainly where it does not.

Glass or solid roof?
Glass keeps rooms behind bright; solid panels run cooler in summer. Both carry stated snow ratings; taste decides, physics approves either.
