QELNAVOR Classics — the garden's formal bow

The Portikus hosts the long table: a rectangular timber pavilion with clear-span trusses that keep the middle of the party open, sides that configure from airy to sheltered, and bays that extend when the family does.

Timber earns trust by the decade: heartwood-graded larch and cedar, shingles laid by hand over ventilated battens, pre-oiled surfaces that weather to silver or stay nut-brown by your choice, and stainless fixings throughout. Ten years from now the pavilion should need a fresh coat of oil and nothing else — that is the engineering brief.

Design & Craft

  • Stainless fixings; pre-oiled finish in your chosen tone
  • Extends later by honest modular bays
  • Glulam spruce and European larch, joinery-grade machining
  • Railings, balustrades and open sides configurable
  • Rectangular plans that dine, dance and shelter equally
  • Loads calculated to Eurocode EN 1991 for Czech snow and wind zones

Care

Brush pollen and dust seasonally, keep planting a hand's width off the timber, and let ventilation do its quiet work. The care card states the finish and the re-oiling interval.

Questions, Answered

Can it be moved later?
Ground-screw foundations make relocation genuinely practical — a careful crew of two, a crane day, and re-anchoring per the instructions. Pavilions should follow their families.

Timber or aluminium?
Timber warms the eye and asks for oil every few years; aluminium disappears politely and asks for water. Both carry the same engineering; the choice is temperament, and we will advise honestly.
