QELNAVOR Groundworks — the invisible half of forever

The Rajec founds a pavilion in a day: ground screws sized to your soil at survey, adjustable heads that forgive seasons, no concrete lorries and no lawn scars — reversible the day the family moves.

Every pavilion stands on the part nobody photographs: ground screws or pads sized to your soil, frames levelled to millimetres, and drainage planned before the first plank arrives. Our groundworks ship with load documentation and are installed by the same crew that raises the building.

Care

Nothing to do — that is the point. Check decking board gaps stay clear of debris each autumn, and re-torque visible fixings at year one. Ground screws can be inspected, adjusted or reused if the pavilion ever moves.

Questions, Answered

Can you build on a slope?
Yes — stepped screw layouts and platform framing make slopes ordinary. The load documentation covers the specific geometry.

What site preparation is needed?
Access for the crew, a power point nearby, and honesty about the ground. Everything else — levels, drainage, membranes — is our scope and stated in the package.
