QELNAVOR Glass — winter, postponed indefinitely

The Rotonda is a room made of view: glazed on all sides with minimal sightlines, sliding walls that open whole elevations to the lawn, and discreet heating that keeps the garden a January residence.

Orangeries are optimism with a U-value, and ours measure it: thermally broken aluminium or laminated timber frames, insulated safety glass to Ug 1.0, condensation managed by design rather than towel, and ridge details that shed snow without theatrics. Automatic roof vents and shading run quietly; winter runs outside.

Care

Wash glass with water and a soft blade twice a year; clear gutters and check vent seals each autumn. Gaskets and glass units are available as spare parts — condensation between panes is a warranty conversation, not a mystery.
