QELNAVOR Verandas — the house, extended politely

The Rufolo extends the house politely: a glass or panel roof on engineered posts, junctions flashed to detail drawings, and the room behind kept bright by design rather than accident.

A canopy is the smallest architecture with the most weather per square metre. It is built accordingly — integrated gutters, honest snow ratings, and finishes matched to the house rather than the catalogue.

Design & Craft

  • Colour matched to joinery, not to a catalogue
  • Integrated gutters; downpipes planned to your drainage
  • Snow and wind ratings stated, Eurocode-calculated
  • Wall junctions flashed and sealed to detail drawings
  • Side glazing and screens join natively later
  • Statutory 24-month warranty

Care

Powder coat wants only water and a soft cloth. Check rubber seals each spring, keep post drains clear, and cycle the roof mechanism seasonally so wear shows early.

Questions, Answered

Glass or solid roof?
Glass keeps rooms behind bright; solid panels run cooler in summer. Both carry stated snow ratings; taste decides, physics approves either.

Does rainwater go somewhere sensible?
Integrated gutters and downpipes to your drainage or a butt — planned at survey, not improvised at the first storm.
