QELNAVOR Verandas — the house, extended politely

A veranda is the cheapest extra room a house ever gains; the Troja makes it a dignified one — colour matched to your joinery, gutters integrated, and side glazing that can join natively when autumn argues.

A canopy is the smallest architecture with the most weather per square metre. We build accordingly — integrated gutters, honest snow ratings, and finishes matched to the house rather than the catalogue.

Design & Craft

  • Colour matched to joinery, not to a catalogue
  • Glass or panel roofs by temperament, both rated
  • 5 years structure; parts stocked 15
  • Snow and wind ratings stated, Eurocode-calculated
  • Integrated gutters; downpipes planned to your drainage
  • Wall junctions flashed and sealed to detail drawings

Questions, Answered

Glass or solid roof?
Glass keeps rooms behind bright; solid panels run cooler in summer. Both carry stated snow ratings; taste decides, physics approves either.

Can it span without middle posts?
Cantilever and beam options clear openings stated per model — doors and views stay unobstructed where the engineering allows, and we say plainly where it does not.

The QELNAVOR Promise
