The Verbena extends the house politely: a glass or panel roof on engineered posts, junctions flashed to detail drawings, and the room behind kept bright by design rather than accident.
Verandas and canopies borrow the house's dignity, so they must repay it: wall connections flashed and sealed to detail drawings, posts on adjustable steel feet, and roofs in glass or panel that carry the same Eurocode arithmetic as our freestanding range.

Care
Rinse louvres and profiles seasonally, clear the concealed drainage at leaf-fall, and cycle the roof monthly in winter storage months. Motors and sensors are stocked parts; firmware updates arrive with the yearly service.

Cantilever and beam options clear openings stated per model — doors and views stay unobstructed where the engineering allows, and we say plainly where it does not.
Does rainwater go somewhere sensible?
