The Vistarie puts the right floor underfoot: larch or thermowood decks on ventilated framing, edge trims and thresholds that respect bare feet, and cuts matched to QELNAVOR plans by drawing.
Comfort is infrastructure here: cabling planned into posts, heaters aimed by geometry, floors underfoot instead of underestimated. The kit arrives together and fits together — the pavilion becomes a room in one build.

Care
Re-oil exposed timber every two to three years — one weekend, supplied oil — and clear roof gutters each autumn. Check fixings at year one, then forget them. Shingles and finials are available as spare parts; storms are repaired, not mourned.

Are the textiles truly outdoor-grade?
Solution-dyed cloth, quick-dry cores, washable covers — rated and stated. They live outside politely and winter indoors in supplied bags.
