QELNAVOR Groundworks — the invisible half of forever

The Wisley founds a pavilion in a day: ground screws sized to your soil at survey, adjustable heads that forgive seasons, no concrete lorries and no lawn scars — reversible the day the family moves.

Every pavilion stands on the part nobody photographs: ground screws or pads sized to your soil, frames levelled to millimetres, and drainage planned before the first plank arrives. Our groundworks ship with load documentation and are installed by the same crew that raises the building.

Keep platform ventilation gaps open, sweep rather than pressure-wash oiled decking, and call us before any landscaping that changes drainage. Foundations prefer being ignored correctly.

Questions, Answered

What site preparation is needed?
Access for the crew, a power point nearby, and honesty about the ground. Everything else — levels, drainage, membranes — is our scope and stated in the package.

Ground screws or concrete?
Screws install in a day, ventilate the frame and can be reused; concrete suits mass and slopes. The survey decides with you — reversibility is worth wanting.

The QELNAVOR Promise
